We booked a twin room, it was complete with a balcony and the view to the bins in the yard rather than the garden, for instance.

Overall a really really nice stay on vacation. Old-fashioned hotel in a downtown area right by the promenade & beach, old town and shopping, newly renovated bathroom and new furniture, economical to explore the wider Nice and endless restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

The room was very clean, clean towels every day in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was excellent situated for the town, beach etc.

Best thing is location & price. It's functional & does-the-job for what you pay. Don't expect bells-&-whistles but it's clean & well run & perfectly located so I was more than satisfied
Could be considered as a 2 star as opposed to three but for short stay, fine.

Location is perfect.Close to the old city and at the same time very close to the beach.
İnternet connection could work more efficiently. Bathroom could use a renovation.
